It’s almost October so it counts as spooky season in my heart 🎨

A silhouette of a wolf standing on a tilted surface and tilting its head back to howl at the moon. Its single visible eye is a messy white scribble, and the moon is a crescent overhead. Flames or mist are rising up in the background, reaching far into the sky.

Revenge for @solarroseart.bsky.social and my last contribution to Art Fight this year! 🎨

$A peryton in a pool of water, surrounded by foliage. There is a break in the leaves above her and sunlight spills in, illuminating her face and neck in bright sunlight. She is mostly submerged except for her head, neck, and tiny fractions of her wings.$

Artfight attack for a friend >:)

A painting of a cat-like hybrid character with wings standing in a large field of golden grasses. There are big clouds in the sky that are illuminated orange from the setting sun, and rain is falling in the distance. A trail of leaves floats off of the character's neck.

Art Fight revenge for @decarbry.bsky.social! Loved getting to draw Elian 🧡 🎨

New ref for Scythe! I was originally going to do a sketchpage, but she hijacked the art brain cell and a full reference sheet happened instead LMAO 🎨

A reference sheet for a character named Scythe. The character is mirrored to show the scars she has on both sides of her body. She is a canine-esque creature with long legs, ears, and a long tail. She has slit nostrils and dark eyes with light pupils. Her scars are located on both of her front legs, her right back leg, and across her nose. There is a detail shot of her mouth on the upper right hand corner, and a color palette on the upper left hand corner.

If you’re seeing this for the 4th time, I am so sorry. The compression for red images is hell LOL. Scythe, an old OC from 2014! 🎨

A creature loosely resembling a canine floats downwards in space in front of a red nebula. Her front paws hang down in front of her, and her body is curled so her tail is pointing towards her head.

Me, taking stock of how many blankets and candles I own

A meme of Matthew McConaughey taking a drag of a cigarette as he stares wide-eyed at a phone. There is text above the image that reads “Texans looking at the weekend forecast and remembering February of 2021”

For context: In February of 2021, Texas experienced a severe winter storm that brought down the power grid for several days. Due to not having homes built for below-freezing temperatures, Texans were left defenseless against cold and were also unable to travel to warmer areas because there were not enough resources to salt more than the main roads. Several Texans froze to death in their own homes, leading to wide distrust of the Texas power grid, Oncor (the energy company in charge of said power grid), and the government in times of crisis.
