scar tissue (old work, ~september 2025?)

a waist-up drawing of Revolver Ocelot from Metal Gear as a nineteen-year-old. He is out of uniform, wearing just his telnyashka and his red gloves, with a bullet on a chain around his neck. He is hiking up the hem of his telnyashka to thoughtfully examine a hysterectomy scar on his lower abdomen. His other hand rests gently over the scar.

Another waist-up drawing of Revolver Ocelot from Metal Gear, this time as a 40-year-old. He is completely shirtless with unbuttoned trousers, stretching both arms behind his head. His body has changed shape with age, bonier in some places but with more settled fat in others. He is covered in scars, some small and some large, a prominent lichtenberg figure snaking around his back. The hysterectomy scar is still front and center.

We've seen another morning of increased ICE activity with DHS helicopter out and about in Chicagoland. Feds have taken people from Humboldt Park and Ravenswood. Vehicles also seen in Rogers Park. ICE watchers are asking north side neighbors to get outside and keep an eye on landscapers & laborers.
