plugging this again. bills are seriously bad right now and while i'm getting over a lot of health stuff, it took up most of my money this month trying to figure out what was even up with me. i had to skip a dental cleaning i needed because my teeth are once again in pretty severe pain.

Just saying that shutting down TMP as a publisher and rebooting just as a printer was great. We were working ourselves to the bone for free to make sure we were paying artists something. turns out we were a middleman soaking up what little profit margin artists were getting

printing costs are incredibly inexpensive now & I’d rather see lots of unique new comics from cool people than constantly read about bad publisher shenanigans. I’ve heard ”I don’t think (publisher) is malicious I just think they’re really unorganized” 1000x over the past 30 years. idk man.
