I do think we’ll have some motion this year…but our early schedule is brutal. We might start 2-10, and you’ll probably be able to comfortably forget about us. But don’t be shocked if we’re only 5-10 games under .500 in the end.

Personally, I'm fine with the splash of randomness (like the netsuke, which I have to wonder if it popped up bc it's from the Brooklyn Museum?). I think once the season starts you can tweak away, but just know it does not go unappreciated.

By all accounts, he's no dilettante. He sure LOOKS like one; he didn't smell like weed, but boy he looked a bit toasted at NetsFest. BUT he signed for a long, long time. He knows the weight of our expectations are on him. I think he's actually pretty well calibrated. (He's also a bit religious).

So the Nets are rolling out an intruiging, but probably impossible offer. The Brooklyn Brigade is a $1k season ticket, with all the caveats around showing up, being engaged etc. I just don’t think I can make, say, half the games, which would work out to $45 a seat. Dunno. Anyone else get the offer?
