With all the massive changes I've started seeing a therapist. She recommended " the body keeps the score" . It's an interesting read (many of the issues he discusses are much more severe than my problems). There are some good ideas that I'm starting to add to my days

Saw the gastroenterologist this morning for a followup. The colonoscopy and biopsy showed no issues. He agrees that with the stress I've been under in the past few months that my body just said 'stop'. The stomach is a second Brain! The issues I was seeing have diminished in the past month

Looking at getting out this weekend. My birthday is coming up in a few days . I used to go to monthly parties at the Royal Ontario museum a few years ago. It was massively packed with bands and drinks/appetizers everywhere. I missed this month but might try for next

Long day at the clinic. They did a quarterly lumbar injection of the medication then I had to stay around for hours being monitored. Have a Holter monitor for tonight and they remove it tomorrow
