Me: I wonder if anyone else is as big a fan of Magikarp as me. Google AI:
A search in Google "Magikarp favorite pokemon" and the AI result starts off buly saying "Magikarp doesn't have one single 'favourite' Pokemon in the games, bun fans often choose Magikarp as their favorite....."

Interesting fact Solitaire was on a lot of these early devices because it helped people learn how to use the drag and drop function on those newfangled pointer devices.

Wasp: "What is my purpose?" Me: "You run solitaire now."
Picture of a Wasp WPA1000 barcode scanner that runs Windows mobile 5.0 pocket PC premium. An antiquated device from the 2010s era of technology. It has an LCD touch screen taking up the top 2/3 of the device with a chunky bezel around and power button located top right above the screen. Below the screen in the bottom third of the device's face there is a cluster of buttons surrounding a circular up down left right rocker with a centered button, presumably as enter. There is an outer button circle of 4 buttons for quick actions with pictograms of papers. A checklist, a calendar and a letter envelope. On the outer left and right of that are single slanted buttons of similar size on the left, one for keyboard and on the right a clock with a house for home screen

Went to one of my favourite restaurants in St Catharines yesterday, Al Noor for the first time since they renovated and were under new management, still the best! I ate my Lamb shawarma platter so fast I didn't even get a picture. Also grabbed these at the Halaal grocer attached and they're so good!

Not perfect but a lot more functional. Pocket added on the body side between a seam. Zippered lining pouch to hide pin backings, and a zippered inner that closes fully and not just dangling open on the sides.
Showing off the whole bag in its current usable state. All my pin collection has been transferred over and there is more than half of the front bottom area that is empty on this new purse. It is a hanging against a full coat rack. The lining zipper opened up showing off the PIN backings that are hidden between the linings The bag opened up revealing the zipper that fully closes underneath the flapThe bag zipped up with the flap up showing the zipper that reveals the pin backings in between the linings and the zipper that opens up the main compartment

I broke my favourite pipe accidentally while complaining over the phone to Canada Post about their refusal to stop delivering a newspaper I requested a stop to because it was classified as a community newspaper. The replacement can't stand upright so I made a foot. 🐓

Looking at my pedal board situation again, it's not really urgent since I haven't played live in a while, but I think it's finally time to look at alternatives boards 🥺 I've used the same early 2000s Pedal Pad by MKS (Michael Stratton) for 15 years and it might be time for a change...
My current work in progress on my pedal board configuration on my original Pedal Pad by MKS. On the board there is a Boss FV-500L Foot Volume Pedal, Boss TU-3 Chromatic tuner, Boss DD-7 Digital Delay, Boss LS-2 Line Selector, Boss FS-5U Momentary Switch, Fulltone Ultimate Octave (Octave Fuzz), Ibanez TS-9DX, Hardwire SC-2 Valve Distortion (discontinued line by Ibanez, not original knobs), Voodoo Lab Pedal Switcher (original 4 channel with buffered or non buffered input), and a Voodoo Lab Pedal Commander

The top is a maintenance calendar with a column for months on the left and the number of days running left to right for each month. the bottom is a maintenance guide with 9 tasks, their frequency to be performed, and the task SOP for each in cards.
Both posters are 48" wide by 20" tall, meant to be mounted by the printer.

Clancy debuted the Cosplay that I made for her. Love how the lemon dress 🍋
Clancy standing in front of the curtained window at the hotel before the con in her Miss Valentine cosplay with the lemon dress I made her. She is posed in white shoes and gloves, holding a yellow umbrella and posing with a smirk. Her blond wig is cut in a bob like the character and her big plastic lemon earrings are prominent framing her face. The yellow dress is a 60s cut stuff cotton dress and has fabric lemons adorning it with 3 being pockets.

Oooooooh boy does this sound great after a wee setup. Still think I might lower the bridge just a hair but am debating on the best approach for the large crack. Debating matching a wood filler then clear coat, or just say fuck it and polyurethane the sucker...
A close up picture from the sound hole to the end of the body behind the bridge showing off the cleaned and leveled crack after the braces have dried into place, the crevice has been cleaned, and the top leveled down flush around the crack. There is missing gloss now along the right of the crack where I have removed polyurethane and a minute amount of wood to get it back flush.

Speaking of my band from 10 years ago, the drummer had gifted me a Washburn 12 string that he had got for free in rough shape with a raised crack on the top and a few other nicks and cracks. Finally thought to pull it out and glued in some basswood braces, still needs some cosmetic work but playable

Recreating the look of the original trim from my house that was built in 1924 for the side entrance that they butchered at some point after the renovations in the 1950s. Not exactly the same but definitely captured the look!
The original wood trim painted white now after previous owners painted layers of different trim colours. The recreated wood trim laying in my driveway as I prep the replacement pieces. Top down it is made of a 3/4" board routed with a double roman ogee, a 1-1/4" show mould, a 5" wide 3/4" board, a 5/16" by 1-1/4" rounded edge pine flat capping the top section on the bottom where a 4" by 3/4" board meets for the side casing meets.

Prepping the front door for a fresh coat of paint. I love my front door ❤️🤭
My front door, a painted black wood door that is original to the 1924 built house. The door has a larger glass pane window center at the top and the bottom 2/3 is made up of 3 beveled panels. I've applied a floral window film to the window, below it center is a gold turn style manual door bell I installed, above that is a label that says, "Turn to ring bell." and below there it there is a wood placket with raw edge from a wafer section of a logs length, it is hanging from a loop of sisal rope from a command hook, painted on the wood there is a frog anthropomorphically standing upright to the left with the words "Welcome To our pad" with a couple mushrooms below. To the left of the doorbell is a patched white hole from where I removed the peep hole. On the left hand side the door hardware is seen, there are two brass deadbolt keyholes above the antique glass knob.

I filled the thing that made me laugh when I first looked at my house. For some reason there was a peep hole literally inches below the plain glass window. I was the one who installed the privacy window film 😅
Picture of my front door with the top half of the window with floral window film on the black painted wood door center is a hole with wood filler over a dowel filler. To the right is a white label with the text "Turn to ring bell." Above a gold turn crank doorbell I installed after moving in.

Honestly, I was taught very traditional approaches by my great grandmother using her 15-91, on my 328k I basically use the zig zag 90% of the time and swap out a zipper foot for the remainder. Most are more specialized and I rarely need to reach for them.
