For the functioning of this season, I can't see how ManC can be immediately relegated/suspended. What happens to the points for games already played? Do cards get wiped? Allowances for the injuries/fatigue/travel? CL games? Cups? It's too messy. Sadly, we are stuck with them til May.

While I support this, I do think I would struggle to do it myself in real life. Anyone travelling to watch, or with kids, or non-season ticket holders who manage to get a ticket for this match would maybe find it hard to just walk out, and you would need a very large number to send that message.

Woke up to Noni being whipped for his performance, but the stats seem to confirm my impression it was his best game in the last 6 months or so. Genuine threat and pushed them back, and a menace who won it back for us. That's what you want in a winger, especially a backup!

We had a larger fanbase though, and history through from the 30s, Anfield 89, Graham, Wenger, Wright, Rocastle, Henry, Pires, Invincibles... There's a basis. The majority of ManC support came with the tainted trophies. Without those, they just realised they have been duped the whole time.
