All of this with fires and smoke in the background. We were then quarantined at the PV airport until Monday. We also metso many Mexicans who were strong and kind. (Tho the leadershipof the PV airport was nonexistent and appalling.) There may have been hysteria but there was also real terror.

Wait. I'm a big fan. But I was in Nayarit on my way to the airport and then at the airport. There were in fact burning cars blocking the roads, there were in fact gun shots at the PV airport and we were in fact evacuated at a sprint out of the airport and onto the tarmac.
