I really do think tech crossed a line at some point between "helping you do the things you want to do" on the one hand, and "helping you do the things tech wants you to do" on the other. At this point, we're all contorting ourselves to live how the tech industry thinks we should be living.

Ended up waking up at about 1 am with stomach issues but after dealing with that i felt a lot better, i musk have eaten something weird or something but i have no idea what it could have been... But anyway i was able to get some good sleep the rest of the night and wake up at a normal time so yay
