I get that the joke is that popular characters are getting inverted, but the lore is that the Echoverse is the version of reality where Bolas, the Eldrazi, and the Phyrexians never happened, meaning Fblthp’s bad sense of direction is canonically somehow Bolas’s fault.

I'm a bit sad to see Alchemy go because it had some of the most creative designs in the game and some of the cards in it have gone on to become fan favorites (Oracle of the Alpha) That said, WOW it was hard to keep track of that format and I'm glad I no longer have to think about it.
