Yeah it's something an admin has to do. If it's got a hashtag, it's set up like chat, and if it has the little discussion bubbles, it's set up more like a message board

Maybe personal preference. Threads look distinct to me. I blurred the text to preserve privacy but this is one example I was able to quickly grab. Everything has a title, and you can tag stuff. Practically looks like ye olde message board to me, and is more informative even than fb tends to be.

Bird update: we were instructed not to spend too much time looking at them so I don't know how many babies have lived but there are at least two we regularly see. This is taken through a window so probably not the best quality. At least one parent regularly visits them so they must still feel safe.

Yes I've confirmed the wreath didn't originally come with a fake birds nest. I wouldn't have even noticed it if a bird didn't fly away when I went to my door after my walk! I couldn't be sure so I looked it up. No birds nest in the photo, no mention of it in the description.

So bird folks... It seems a bird has taken up refuge in the wreath on our door. I don't mind at all hosting them; we're fairly tucked away and there isn't a lot of foot traffic. There's a roof so it'll stay dry, etc. Is there anything I can do to ensure it stays safe other than not slam the door?

I was talking with colleagues about qual research and preregistration and sent them my slides I used to use when I taught qual at the undergrad level. On a whim I opened the intro slides and found this slide 😂
A PowerPoint slide that outlines a little bit about myself: I was born in Germany and am a naturalized US citizen. I went to the University of Southern Indiana, Southern Illinois University, and DePaul University. My dad was in the US Army for 20 years. I've visited over 30 countries. The point I'm highlighting is that on X/Twitter I was blocked by the "cyberpsychologist" the main character from CSI: Cyber was based off of.
