Welp. Double Impact becomes the second WAD I've recently finished that I would've held in much higher regard if the last map had been withheld and yeeted into the sun. Not only was it a complete mess that clearly does not expect you to fight everything, it broke in both crispy doom and dsda-doom.

Firefox profiles can be copied to both Waterfox and LibreWolf once you figure out where the directories are. On the Chromium-based end, Vivaldi is vocally anti-AI, but you'll have to settle (eventually, if not already) for uBlock Origin Lite because of Chromium forcing Manifest V3.

Waterfox and LibreWolf are both Firefox forks that avoid the slop features. Last I checked their defaults, LibreWolf's are very privacy-focused (e.g. clearing history when you exit and fingerprint-resistant settings) so you'd want to check the settings if you go that direction.

Owncast is a non-starter due to bandwidth concerns (and discoverability, since it's a whole different platform). I've used low-cost VPS plans for over a decade with no issue; that probably wouldn't suffice if I were footing the bill for all bandwidth. (I'd still rely on YouTube for VODs.)

I would note that this event's lists are rather sus though. For example, I saw Bad Rats in there. That game came out in 2009. SteamDB suggests no updates within this decade. I'd be at least a little surprised if they seriously updated it to make it even worse than it was already notorious for.
