Correct. As per Ukrainska Pravda previous report, Zelensky held a secret meeting with Zaluzhnyi in June asking him directly that if elections were held in autumn would Zaluzhnyi run. The answer was "yes". Election plans were abandoned. It is all about Zelensky's chances to stay in power.
