With Chris Pappas's victory in yesterday's primary in New Hampshire, there are now two Democratic Senate nominees (the other being Roy Cooper of North Carolina) endorsed by the Democratic Majority for Israel, which only endorses those supporting unconditional military aid to Netanyahu.

Israel’s actions are not a cause of antisemitism. They are an excuse. At the same time, as long as people insist that criticizing Israel is an attack against Jews as a whole, it makes it easier for some to therefore try to blame Jews as a whole for crimes committed in the name of Israel and Zionism.

Google Map's insistence on changing the name of Lake Ontario to “Lake America,” the Gulf of Mexico to the “Gulf of America,” and Denali to “Mt. McKinley” is not just capitulation to Trump. It is decidedly racist. These are Indigenous names which existed long before the United States was a country.
