A variety of what I've saved over the years

030

Yeah, there's alotta horror out there that were surprisingly books first. Apparently Bird Box and The Ritual (the one with that cool Loki monster) are also one of those

000

They vanished it? Godamn, it really is Cursed City all over again, that's exactly what I was worried about

010

188.) Scream (1981) The original by 15 years, sponsored by Dr. Pppor Except for the cowboy that arrives 9/10ths of the way through to aura farm, answer nothing and leave, this one's pretty forgettable even by my *extremely* low standards for 80s slashers. Don't bother expecting any payoff either.

020

As of now I'm nearly done with the first squad of Zealots, just assembled the last one and it should be done maybe by the weekend

040

I've been going through the Starcraft TMG's Protoss box set by assembling and painting one mini at a time and I gotta say it's actually a pretty good method, when things're assembled at once it's easy to get overwhelmed plus this way you always have something to look forward to

180

If the only thing that was changed was turning the POV from 1st to 3rd so I wouldn't have to deal with Nicholas' pretentious dirtbag thoughts on *everything,* this likely would've shot from D tier straight to B or even A, easily

000

187.) The Cipher (dropped) From what I got through the story itself seems great and the author is excellent at evoking a lowlife grimy feel, but fuck me having a narrator this unlikable SUCKS dude. I don't care how intentional it was, it still made every page an absolute chore to get through

230

I'd be open to that if the average quality of them wasn't so poor, even the well-liked ones like the early Halo novels are kinda mid at best when compared to non-franchise fiction sci-fi books

I looked at the "popular this month" selection on Kindle and dog we REALLY need to get more dudes into reading, anything to fight off the White Woman-ification of book covers Novelize CoD or GTA or a Ball game, put double XP codes in the middle of the book, I don't fuckin know but do *something*

This is the first of my personal #battletech merc unit: Blair's Blackbirds! I'll be running them through a campaign set on Galtor in 3025, using ACES and the new Core Rules for Classic. We'll see how it works lol. I'll be writing battle reports and giving my thoughts on the new rules on my patreon

A miniature Scorpion battlemech painted in black and purple camo.

Protoss test mini complete! While I made this MUCH harder than it needed to be, but it turned out exactly how I wanted it. . #starcraft #protoss #miniaturepainting #minis #starcrafttmg #purple

A protoss Zealot from the Starcraft tabletop miniatures game. Jade green and silver armor with magenta skin. Also the normally transparent blue plastic bits are colored purple and still transparent.
A magnet is in the base which attaches to the energy shield. Basically i made the shields detachable.
This was a bit tough to figure out, but I am proud of myself and putting the effort into some of the extra bits like the shield and transparent purple.

The ocean's not all that appealing if it's a radioactive dump site like every other popular MOBA in existence

020

186.) The Town that Dreaded Sundown This movie was probably mad scary in one hyperspecific place at one hyperspecific time Iunno what the hell it wanted to be. A documentary? Buddy cop comedy? Slasher? Gone all-in on the last it would've been decently entertaining, but as-is it's just muddled.

140

The gameplay's just Overwatch but third person, there's really not much there to show off unless you're *super* into MOBAs

The two paths are either the Battletech route where everything is hard canon forever and they remake it, or the Star Wars route where they sweep it under the rug and replace it with an entirely new entry

I kinda wonder how Ace Combat is gonna handle Electrosphere, cus AC8 is set pretty close to that game's timeframe but is still sorta grounded, nothing I've seen (so far) screams "Cyberpunk 2077 will be a documentary in <10 years"

An unfortunate thing some authors don't realize until too late is that if you make an unlikable main character on purpose, that doesn't change the fact that the main character is still unlikable
