It seems a very flat pricing structure. Surely a section of a concrete tower block should cost a lot less than a suburban lawn? It’s not like the occupants need a central location to be close to their work and their social lives.

At the moment, grasping relatives risk having their inheritance wiped out by care costs. Taking a slice from the trillions of unearned, untaxed housing wealth, when it's passed on, would be a logical way to insure against this risk. But everyone goes ape shit at the idea of such a 'death tax'.

AI music is obviously a crime against the human soul, but algorithmic streaming has already ruined English-language music to a substantial degree. It pushes everything toward the lowest common denominator, and detaches music from wider culture. Most young people barely care about music now.

Quick clarification because i’ve seen discourse containing vocab errors. Dogging: involves cars. Straight people do this type. Cruising: the gay kind. Cruising ground: the location. Often wooded. Cottaging: crusing in toilets. Named because they often looked like little cottages in parks.
