PSA: The latest NVIDIA App update adds a Default-ON option that allows AI Agents to control the app... Might want to turn it off.. Even aside from being lame AI features, that feels like making security even worse by defaulting it ON.

Screenshot of the Nvidia app's "Settings > Features" section.
Showing the newly added "AI Agents and App Connections" section.
The option for "Allow Agents to control NVIDIA App" is enabled by default.
This happened in version 11.0.9.565

Today's art is my Glowblin for my Neon Odyssey playtest game! Her name is Eliza Ganymede, she's a space pirate, and she sucks immensely. I love her! #art #illustration #neonodyssey #ttrpg

A digital drawing of a neon-green goblin girl with blue eyes and bright pink hair in pigtails trailing down her back. He has a black jumpsuit on, with big black boots and a blue belt with a golden skull on the buckle. Over the top of her jumpsuit, she's wearing a long red tailcoat with gold trimming and a blue inner lining. She has two gold rings studded in one ear, and a large black pirate hat that is so large it flops over on each side. The hat has a similar golden skull embedded in it. She has her hand on her hip and is grinning, with a chunky sci-fi rifle slung over her shoulder.

If I'm having trouble, I look for examples for the region or ancestry and start changing syllables until something sounds good. I always do a search on the name after, just to make sure it doesn't sound too much like something else.

🔹That's a wrap for #ScribbleSupport 224!🔹 It's International #RabbitDay! Going all the way back to the start of my art journey, needed a good bunnyday candidate, and redesigned this bunny druid who makes anguished fox-shaped bush monsters. I think I'll call her Cinnamon

A bunny girl lays on her back in the grass and autumn leaves, both arms full of a screeching fluffy creature, shaped like foxes but made of shrubbery. One of the creatures struggles to get free of her grip, pushing a paw against her cheek, but she doesn't seem to mind.

AI defenders found my previous post out of nowhere so I'm going to rant about it here to bring them out so I can block them. Gen-AI is fundamentally a destructive technology who's only purpose is to entertain the fantasies of those unwilling to put in the effort. Let's kill some arguments:

I wouldn't be surprised. Though I've never been a fan of services that want me to pay (full price) for books that they can restrict my access to. And while I do like my PDFs, AoN is so nice for quick access to rules.

The courses being sold have to be generated too. There's no way they're not. I used Humble Bundle for GMing materials, but a game soundtrack one I got most recently was full of albums of the most dull music imaginable.

Picture is of a Disc Rider cruising along at speed. The disc is orange, transparent, and obviously magical. The mage on top of it is dressed in simple leathers with a hat featuring a red feather. In their hands is a wooden staff that they are using to help steer.

A special thank-you message from GAMEOVERSE showrunner, RubberRoss!

It doesn't feel real but we're finally here. Gameoverse is a long time passion project of mine and I'm excited to finally get to share it with you all. Thank you to Glitch for supporting me in bringing my vision to life, my amazing crew of artists, animators and storyboarders and our partner studios who assisted us throughout this production.
I'm very proud of what we've created and hope you like it enough that we get to make many more like it! This project was rejected for over a decade by all the major studios, but I refused to quit. I hope that can be a testament to creative perseverance and truly believing in something you're passionate about. To all the artists out there who have something they care about, fight on, don't quit. You've got this!
Thank you for everything. You really really helped out.
Ross O'Donovan.
