An illustration I made in 2022, the first time I lost my SNAP food stamp benefits. Today, October 1st 2026 marks major changes in the way food stamps are funded, many americans already struggling to eat, myself included, will lose coverage. Millions of americans have already had their benefits taken away.

I looked up T ranges online and it seems to be the levels right before puberty age 10 - 12 is 2.00 - 165.00 ng/dL. I hope I can adjust to that range. IDK if Mg = ng/dL amount, bit it sure will be interesting to find out. Chosing my own doseage feels really liberating right now.

Well my therapist said I have a very well thought out plan for lowering my T. I'll be lowering it every 2 weeks. I already started the first stage of the transition. I was at 396 mg > I'm at 316 mg > 237mg in 2 wks > 198mg in 4 wks > 158mg in 6 wks. Then week 8 get labs done.

That's actually a good idea I hadn't thought about. I do have the Ring Fit I was doing for a while. I should get back into the habbit of doing it again as I ramp down on my T. It would also help manage any weight changes.

That's good info to know. Thanks. I feel very mixed going to the lower dose, I know my body existed on that low of testosterone before, so hopefully I can just get to a point my body adjusts to that as the new normal. I also have a good therapist, which helps.

Hell I'm at the point of feeling my dick is way to big, and even ejaculating is dysmorphic. You only develop the ability to do that during mid puberty. I was 16 when I first ejaculated. I just really hate being seen and existing with these changes to my body.
