Even if you agree with the insane premise that people who don't work are freeloaders who don't deserve to see a doctor, the work requirements still don't make sense. It costs more money to implement them. The only reason it saves money is because eligible people will forget to sign up.

I think Baseball is the most American sport cuz the billionaire owners get public subsidies and pocket the revenue while spending 30% of it on payroll. Then they tell the fans they need to be patient and they are rebuilding for next year. There's just something uniquely American about that.
