A filefish, doing whatever filefishes do. Either Acreichthys tomentosus (bristle-tailed filefish) or Pseudomonacanthus macrurus (strapweed filefish). But filefishes can generally change colour, at least somewhat, so it's tricky. Pic from Anilao. #MarineLife 🌿🐟
