Louth County Council to Retrofit 300 Social Homes This Year Louth CoCo has secured funding to retrofit 220 social homes in 2026, but thanks to efficient procurement and competitive tendering, around 300 homes will now be upgraded within the same budget. That's 80 more households benefiting.
