President Clinton did sign the ICC (Rome Statute) but he didn't have the votes to go before the Senate. GW Bush "unsigned" it. Trump has literally sanctioned ICC judges and staff. If we ever do want the USA to become an ICC member, we'd have to give a Dem Pres a 2/3 Senate majority.

You have WAAAAY more faith in the Supreme Court than I do. I suspect it's possible, perhaps even likely, this F'in Court will dissolve shield laws and put providers in states that allow abortions at legal peril for providing abortions (prescription or surgical) to citizens of states that don't.
