Matros Shevchenko is back in port at Lomé TGO. It is possible that it will carry the cargo of yellowcake uranium to RUS and its return to harbor from being at anchor in the Gulf of Guinea could mean that the trucks carrying the yellowcake arrived at Lomé and it is now being loaded onto the ship.

Severomorsk might be coming to replace Kulakov, to increase the presence in the Baltic, or perhaps a combination of both, having two Udaloy's there for a period before one returns to the north. The Northern Fleet reinforcing the Baltic is slowly becoming the new normal.
