The chicken taco soup I'm making smells incredible. Pro tip: you can add celery to probably any soup and it's awesome. It adds bulk and fiber for very cheap, and it absorbs whatever flavors are in the soup to really enhance the stuff without adding calories or a "leafy" taste.
