I remain unconvinced that many British pubs and restaurants understand the new, horrendous EHRC Guidance even when they actually have single user toilets! Lunch today in a Miller and Carter which had six cubicles - 3 marked "W" and 3 "M" and one disabled. Trans provision? Can't comply if I wanted!

For those in the UK I just wanted to give a shout out to Ambassador Cruise Line for their Trans friendly approach. I did a short cruise with them before Christmas to Antwerp on Ambition - complicated as my legal docs do not match my gender presentation. They didn't seem to have a lot of experience

An observation on the SC judgement toilet saga. I went to the ladies in a large supermarket. I was the only occupant and in a cubicle. I heard someone come in and what sounded like brushing. When I came out to wash my hands there was a male cleaner in attendance.

Not an attack on the gay community but rather on the anti Trans bias seen everywhere. I get triggered when we are often described as "identifying" as a gender rather than just BEING trans. We don't say gay people or others "identify" as they are it is intrinsic. So is being Trans - not a choice!

A thought about the SC decision. Trans woman with GRC marries cis man; law (GRA) says heterosexual marriage. Goes to reception in wedding gown and has to go to toilet in Gents as SC say she is a man - so gay marriage. This is clear, logical and equitable! Garbage.

The Equality Act 2010 is not just some tabloid document for you to abuse to push your career. A party of five "mature ladies" 4 trans and 1 cis had a weekend break at a Warner Leisure Hotel - target guest age c 50 to 80 and if you're UK based appear to trend to Daily Mail and Telegraph readers.
