This will seem counter intuitive but I am doing sleep restriction with Sleep Station for my 3am waking and it’s really effective. Tough at first but one week in and I’m a new woman. Increases your sleep efficiency.

We had a surgeon who we could not roster any young female with, in any capacity. Too clever to be caught so the best we could do was to protect junior surgeons, nurses and anaesthetists. I always hoped he considered the patients as off limits. Head of surgery was well aware.

What was your biggest learning in 2024? Mine👇 I learnt the hard way after #Burnout To give time to #Selfcare every day & not wait until nothing is left. It is not selfish. I disagree with the self care metaphor: ‘to put one’s oxygen mask 1st before helping others’ as suggests it only in emergencies
