I'm reading an audiobook which has surprisingly turned into a romance novel. The female lead wants dinner or drinks at the male lead's. The waitress starts flirting with the male lead out of the blue. The female lead flirts back. It's VERY surprising because the book is called Learn Romanian.

It looks like D.C. police officers are now including the names and affiliations of federal agents present at arrest scenes in police reports and court documents. This stems from a transparency bill the D.C. Council passed earlier this year and @mayorbowser.dc.gov unsuccessfully vetoed.
