Hearing that after two years, and multiple procedural and administrative delays, FIFA has finally made a decision on the Palestinian FA's case against Israel. It has decided it cannot do anything of substance and the case is closed. The Palestinian FA can take matter to CAS.

Cuneiform was a writing system used from ~3000 BCE to ~100 CE in ancient Mesopotamia. Like the characters in this post can be used to write other languages (e.g., French), cuneiform was also used to write many languages. Here are some open access resources for learning cuneiform and its languages.
