Did not look like the crust in the pictures. It's a thick crust with a thin crust texture. Toppings and cheese were good. A good pizza but not the crust I'm looking for. The hunt continues. I still have a few places on my list to try eventually.

This place has lore! The original pizzeria opened in 1944 (in a small town nearby) which is why they play the 40s music and why so much decor is old timey. Nerd rating: if fallout was wholesome.

Started seeds and I'm so happy things are sprouting. I have, so far, 15 snap pea, 6 cucumbers, 2 luffas and 1 thai basil. The basil and tomatoes were planted a week after the other seeds and the luffa and cucumbers I think got into by birds on the first night.

I'm eating at a pizzaria that is a literal trademark infringement. The name is a Disney movie, the decor, all from that movie, the name of the pizzas: characters from that movie (mostly) I am amazed it has never caught the mouse's attention.

When my intersex wife shaved off her beard for her passport photo, I was super sad. It had become part of her look and a symbol of her intersex journey. Yesterday's news about passport markers proved her right. I hate she can't be herself on government docs.

My wife flies down with Pepper tomorrow so she can drive to Seattle next week to collect the sheep shipment. Then the wife comes home but pepper will stay down there. I won't see Pepper again until the end of September and it hurts my soul.

also, GS cookies are called different names depending on your region /factory making the cookies. I was a scout in the 80/90s and never heard them called samoas until I went to another state in the 2000s. So even if they weren't Arrow Scouts, their cookies could still have had different names.
