Should I have gone to bed an hour ago? Yes. Did I instead start painting in some of the details? Also, yes. It was absolutely worth it though to help push past my fear that I had painted too many bits red. Next step: hazard stripes.

The same models again, but this time there are even more details. Many of the red panels now sport white stripes, and the right hand model (the morkanaut) now has turquoise bits where the energy weapons glow.

Looking at your website, the million dollar problem is that having an accurate tax rate means very little if I can’t pay it. And in reality the tax rate that my courier tells me I owe based on the CN 22/23 is correct regardless of what TEDB says.

Between customs fees, IOSS, GPSR and PPWR fees and AR requirements, in one respect I can show EU buyers a very reliable total: €0. It is just not worth trying to sell into the EU as a small UK seller in 2026 and I can't see this changing.

Orktober continues apace. The Gorkanaut is (final greebling aside) complete. The Morkanaut build has started, and I've finished the motion platform, rebuilt the engine to look mekier, and started on some of the more incidental detail. #nerdlings #warhammerCommunity #orks #orktober #warhammer40k

The beginning of the morkanaut. From this angle, you can see that the horns traditional on an orkanaut have been replaced with I-beam spikes. A mek gun has been placed on top of the mech, with some pistons holding it up just visible below. A forest of tesla gubbins peak out from behind the mech.

Shown from behind, there are many more modifications for the morkanaut. The regular fuel tank has been replaced with a larger one. The engine has been almost completely rebuilt with a spread of tesla towers and power coils. From this position too the usual hatch has been removed and boxed in to provide additional support for the gun platform.

A heavily converted Gorkanaut, unpainted. It has two stubby arms with multi-barreled gatling guns, and rockets mounted to the outside of those. It has a small recessed machine gun turret on top, and more machine guns on one shoulder. In front, it has a spiked roller, which is attached to chain hoists to raise it so the front (which is a door to a troop compartment) may open.

The same gorkanaut, but from behind, showing that each arm gun has an ork piloting(?) it. THe engine has also been upgraded with more exhausts and more pipe.

In any sensible world, this would be the final straw that would cause the US government to nationalise SpaceX. Let them keep their R&D business, hell even pay them out some money from each launch for the use of their facilities or whatever, but the sole provider cannot be allowed to just stop.

It tickles me that Maelstrom gangers are, mechanically, the most empathetic and grounded people in NC. They have to be to get that heavily chromed, especially with the bonus penalty to 'borg implants. You don't see it, but the first aid stations at their raves must be legendary.

Cyberpunk Red has a real image problem in my view: if you watch Edgerunners or play CP77, you get the image of a bunch of chromed up chooms, which just isn't supported by CP-RED. In my last game, one character went cyberpsycho after getting a new ear implant.
