As a society we're always rushing young ones to grow up too fast. Age 23 for female brains & 25 for male, that's when it's truly capable of comprehending consequences. Up until then a society should protect it's young folk. Also NO adult courts for juvenile crimes. No child brides either!

Unitary executive theory and originalism are weak excuses to subvert our constitution. Anyone with a functioning brain knows what the court majority is doing is blatantly unconstitutional. We all learned about our founding fathers and Abraham Lincoln, and this is all about white supremacy.
