I need people to be aware that touching a mobility aid is essentially touching the person who is using it. I was at trivia when I had a person push me while in my walker. There was plenty of room for them to get by. My partner is super careful about touching my walker when I am using it.

The ankylosing spondylitis making bedtime rough was not on my bingo card for this month. I am aware that staying in one position for lengthy periods is not good. But multiple nights this week I have woken to lower back pain and hip pain. This is not typical for me. Pain during the day? Sure.
