I was so happy to watch it for 1/2 hour this a.m. It's called clay-colored for the area under its wings.. It's a rare sparrow for VT. I was delighted to be able to photograph this lovely palm warbler yesterday. They tend to stay low to the ground in thickets, bushes, or along the edges of habitats, making them hard to spot when they are in dense undergrowth. 1111
