Playing smush feels like John Green is reffing a local football team, and the ball is Hank’s.

The sun is lost to a rain soaked November dusk. my crusted eyelids flutter open for the last time. the dregs of my strength, my dying breath, leaned closely in to hear- ‘it’s morphin‘ time’

I have gone into at least 5 shops and kiosks looking for Everything Will Swallow You. No dice. Ordered online there. I look forward to seeing it in every shop I enter for the next 6 months.

been up since 4am recording back to back takes about how I wake up at 7am and eat toast for breakfast in sign. I don’t think it’s meant to be such a wish fulfilment exercise. i did take a break to watch an ep of KOTH though and eat my porridge of sadness

I dunno why, but this birthday is bothering me WAY more than 40 did. The Douglas Adams of it all I guess.

Song of the Sea is still one of the richest, most beautifully designed animated films of the last decade. There's no way anything other than the warm human touch can create anything this beautiful and haunting like we get from the fine folks at Cartoon Saloon.

The humanities have been calling out genAI theft since the jump, while STEM has rallied around “discovery potential”. I am *ONCE AGAIN* reminding EVERYONE that science is not the sacred cow, STEM isn’t the exception. They are going to steal our IP, too. We aren’t special.

It’s always an uphill climb for animated originals, and even moreso ones kneecapped by poor advertising. PLEASE go out and support this gem and help give it the legs to run! Great word of mouth works better than you think!

Oh, this is a useful set of statistics. You can use it to assess just what sort of numbers of JOBS the Government means when it says we need the data centres in Ireland for the JOBS. You’d create more employment running a small chain of centras.
