I'm still having troubles financially. I don't know what else to say, but if you want to help out by requesting commission or in general, feel free to reach out. At this point, I could use some tips in how I can stabilize money wise. I feel like I'm stuck.

"It was a clean shot... a Wall bang. The sounds of a mech thudding to the ground signalized the end of the skirmish. When it fell, the Blue could see part of it's craft: the Head of the machine was cleaned off." #LancerRPG #Battletech

Part of me want to eventually make a short comic set in the #Battletech universe. Though I think I'm a bit too far off skill wise to get something like that done. Hmm... Maybe I should start off drawing Battlemechs first and see if I can learn a thing or two from those.

So, this is another round of putting my favorite #Battletech mechs into #LancerRPG games that I'm in. Meet the "Blue Raider", a Lancer variant of the BL-7-KNT, with a blade sheathed under one arm, and with a rifle on the other. And lots of jumpjets. For kicking! :D

I decided to try out a different painting style, that is much rougher as I skip the lineart phase, but should make me draw faster. There's some things I could probably do different, but overall, I like where this is going. Oh, this is my OC, Zullu! Say hi to her~!

A drawing featuring my original character, Zullu May Landrean(Of whom I need to put the lore I have for her on a paper), with a basic posing that makes her look cool-ish.
The purpose of this drawing was to try a new workflow recommended by another friend and veteran artist, of which I go from sketch and straight into rendering and cleaning. In theory, this would potentially speed up the drawing process, since I skip the lineart phase which tends to take a bit of time.

The theory would prove to be correct, and the end results satisfied me greatly, but I noticed the drawing would still have a lot of artifacts/rough parts left. That could be fixed if I kept spending time refining the drawing, which is a good realization for the future.
Though I must admit I'm happy that I can leave the drawing somewhat incomplete but still feel like it's done.

Further research may be required, but this looks promising.

I'm experimenting with a different method of rendering, especially for more difficult objects/items such as this helmet. I think it worked pretty well! I could refine it more, but I think I should wait until I have the rest of the drawing done. ... If you know, you know. :)c

A rendering test featuring the helmet of one of the antagonists from game "Action Taimanin", of which I'm purposefully not saying out loud outside of the alt text, for some reason...

This might be the month I'm going to suffer the most. For the first time, I don't have enough funds to pay my bills. I don't know how's that going to turn out, but I'm trying to mentally prepare for the worst. But I have a feeling I'll end up crashing out in the end.

Sorry for the lack of artworks and updates on commissions, folks. I've just... been struck with a bit of a burnout, or depression. I feel like there's this force weighting me down, making me feel tired. Dunno why, but it's been a bit hard to lift up the pen as of late.

"So long the anchor is in the sea, this ship shall not move!" A mech design commission for a #LancerRPG homebrew addon: Gate-Sec's field guide to Penrose. Meet Acheron, IPS-N's brand new mech, with a giant ship's hull for a shield, a war horn, and a big ass sword. And stompy boots.

IPS-N Acheron is a homebrew mech from "Gate-Sec's Field Guide to Penrose", which is a custom module for the TabletopRPG "LancerRPG", a game about players piloting big ass mechs and kicking some serious ass... or getting their asses kicked.

Acheron is a Defender type mech, designed to be resilent without compromising it's offensive capabilities. It's a mech that goads enemies into attacking it rather than it's allies through the war horn on it's shoulder, using it's durability to sustain the incoming pressures, using it's massive shield to form a defensive perimeter for it and it's allies.

It also comes with a three-part sword, Kriegmesser, that has the ability to switch between three different forms to suit the pilot, ranging from agile and accurate weak "Einhander", or to a massive blade with intense destructive power, the "Dreihander".

This, is a mech for those who want an efficient duelist, a powerful guardian that can bite. it's brutally simple... With many different ways to build it to the player's needs.
Though a defender, it's more than capable of being an offensive power house, or even a supportive frame. While that's true for any mech in Lancer, Acheron just feels right no matter what.
