Don't just use what's trending!! Think about what you wanna use first. I see certain songs get run INTO THE GROUND by people just haphazardly picking them. Like you getting matcha is not an appropriate time to use the saxophone music from Boyz n the Hood I'm sorry 😭

Phase 1 for Pikachu after 10,805 encounters is Kakuna. Thankfully not a dupe, but now dupes are significantly more likely lol

Im just gonna say this. As a rule of thumb? Everyone is allowed their opinion of course. Saying "remakes bad leave the art alone" to the artists who've made the art is wild tho. Like, would you get mad if an artist redrew their first drawing? Reorchestrated their first piece? Come on now

It would be, I dunno, really neat if people who made cool things weren't owned by large corporations that operated around a business model of hating that thing.

This joke with Professor Elm is one of the original reasons I decided to draw this comic. This is also as far as the original drawings went. That said, I should have a bit more on the way soon

From left to right: The MC is surprised by the Cyndaquil's color, Professor Elm explains the shiny phenomenon and his reluctance to part with the Cyndaquil, but in his haste the MC takes off, promising to help Elm's research, much to Elm's displeasure

When a program crashes and I lose what I just made.

Field is staring at a drawing tablet. They are despondent. Behind Field is two larger version of Field, one pink and one blue, who are crying. All aspects of Field are upset at the loss of five minutes of work. Really, the frustration is more with the loss of momentum. In the time I spent drawing this I probably could have redone what I lost five times over. Instead I wasted my time drawing this thing. Can we pretend that airplanes in the night sky are like shooting stars? I could really use a wish right now. wish right now. wish right now.

Okay, I'm going back to drawing.

In Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time, an unused room takes Mario and Luigi through a time portal into a white void. This inadvertently highly resembles the classic SpongeBob SquarePants episode "SB-129", where the same exact scenario happens to Squidward.
