Christopher Coake @christophercoake.bsky.social · 25/08/2026One of the guiding songs for the novel I’m (interminably) working on is one I’ve loved since my parents bought the record in my childhood: “Two Doors Down” by Dolly Parton. Gonna listen to it all day long, in honor of the loss of one of the very best of us. 040

So far I've heard from "Peter Ackroyd," "Steve Martini," "Chris Hedges," and "Pat Barker." All are clearly AI chatbots. "Pat Barker" used a waving emoji. The darkest timeline keeps sucking on. 150

The world’s a dumpster and social media posts are either a wail of grief/rage or someone reporting a publication, (or robots) and right now all of those options feel like they’re not great for my mental health. But I do miss you, friends. 0101

Christopher Coake @christophercoake.bsky.social · 27/01/2025The dad was wrangling the girl and her sister and sighed heavily and talked to her very patiently about her behavior, and the look he gave me suggested he’d have preferred I’d have done nothing. 110

Christopher Coake @christophercoake.bsky.social · 23/01/2025One of the icons on the left of the screen is Lists. You have the option there to create one. Do that, and then when you click on someone's profile, you'll see an option to add them to a List. On the List itself you'll see an option to pin it to your page, and it can be the primary feed you see. 020
Christopher Coake @christophercoake.bsky.social · 21/01/2025Go to Lists under the menu options (which you open on the top left of a phone screen). You can make a new List, and then by clicking anyone’s profile you can see an option to add them to a List. Within the list itself you should see an option to pin it to your home page. 110
