🧋Was talking EV charging stations over boba with my investment partner today. I don’t know about other states but CA, NV and AZ are still building out a bunch of charging stations. Demand for 1,500 locations from one client alone in 2025 but only enough crew to build 200.

It doesn’t feel like work when you’re working with friends. The guy on the left is building EV charging stations and solar farms. The guy on the right is financing them with me. This is how I get free lunches. I connect people and let them talk while I eat.

FYI. CHIPS has attracted $380 billion in investment over 2 decades, with a majority invested by 2030. 145K new jobs – over 43K manufacturing jobs and over 102K construction jobs. Many in red states that voted against CHIPS but took the money anyways. www.semiconductors.org/chips-incent...

Buddhist life hack. The opposite of being “triggered” is being detached without needing to be right. Negativity is information. Is someone being an asshole? That’s useful information. When you stop reacting emotionally to information, you can focus your energy on what matters.

Proud of the Taiwanese students. They were simply asking for the opportunity to engage freely with the visiting Chinese students but this was a curated propaganda PR trip between the CCP and its sympathizers in Taiwan. The kids in Taiwan are alright. ♥️ www.taipeitimes.com/News/taiwan/...

It’s interesting that the 2021 version of Nancy Mace was much different from the 2024 version following the Supreme Court ruling that allowed her district to remain gerrymandered. Politicians elevating their own personal brand to a national level once elected is a very Tulsi Gabbard move.

🔋Building new housing still takes time. A faster and more immediate impact on bringing cost of living down is installing more EV charging stations in working class communities. Switching to EVs is hard when it’s not convenient to charge where you live. But saving $150-$200 pays bills.

If Democrats focus on local communities in their state and ignore getting drawn into manufactured culture war and media outrage cycles, they’ll be in good position for the midterms. National politics is going to be a hot mess over the next 4 years. Local and state level don’t have to be.
