One has been busy DJing a bit and trying to rebuild my life in another new city so apologies for the lack of social postage. I shall endeavor to rectify the situation with some delicious content from either myself or another of my multiple personalities. Thanks awfully for sticking around x

Had the delicious pleasure to play some music at Sarnie Party in London this past weekend and what a lovely time it was. Thanks to all who came, the amazing chefs and those who made it happen. A splendid weekend it was!

My chum Man One's remix of Frankie Knuckles classic Your Love is doing quite nicely at the moment. One suggests giving it a bash if remixes are your thing (I have some coming out soon as well don't you know) Enjoy my friends! soundcloud.com/user-9148020...

I will shortly be releasing a delectable selection of remixes of tunes that are very much classics to me & which will be available gratis. If anyone can guess any of the featured artists based on the frankly zero information above I will send you all of my music + the remixes for free. Go forth!

One has decided that buying music from other artists via Bandcamp is probably the best way forward these days so please my musical friends, drop me you info so I can acquire your work directly from source (or as close as) and thank you for continuing to make & release music in these trying times.

I was exceptionally lucky be in front of The Chairman at this very gig. It was the last time many of us got to hear him play and a few months later he was gone. We miss you Andrew and it's been a long and arduous 5 years without you. Hope the music up there is to your liking #andrewweatherall

If a really lovely sound system, solid Negronis and some tasty local DJs playing a selection of nu disco, house and classics is your thing then I highly recommend Matiz in São Paulo. Had a splendid evening there tonight with Renato Cohen at the controls. #realDJsdanceondancefloorstootherDJs

#producers #musicproducers What plugins are you all using these days? I mostly use hardware & I have a few plugins that I like. Roland Cloud, Valhalla & some random EQs & things I've been using for years. Would be interesting to see what else is out there. It's been a while since I updated my setup

As I reflect on the life that I have chosen for myself I am grateful for the strangers all over the world that invited me into their homes to break bread, share wisdom & create new friendships. Happily It's a situation that continues to this day & it has been an honour to be able to reciprocate.

The influence this man has had on me (and countless others) can not be understated. I had the very great pleasure to shake his hand once which continues to leave a lasting impression on me. A true original in every sense of the word. The world is less interesting without him.

With DVS1's Aslice platform unfortunately running out of money (and involvement from the most highly paid DJs) this solution from Alpha Theta looks like just what we need to get producers paid more fairly for the work that enables so many "big" DJs to earn so much cash. mixmag.net/read/kuvo-dj...

“Producers deserve to get paid for their work”: Music rights service KUVO gets industry backing

The tech means DJs don't need to manually submit set lists for royalties to be paid to producers, and there is also no cost for venues to participate
