At 30, I had my first panic attack. Time slowed, the world blurred. I felt frozen. Trapped in my own body. To all who suffer from anxiety and panic attacks: I understand, and this one’s for you. The Webs We’ve Spun — out now. ⸻ #NewMusic #MetalSky #PunkSky #RockSky #StonerRock

I've been feeling a bit blocked with songwriting lately. Today, I threw on a random drum track and played whatever came to mind. I hope this helps. #bassplayer #bassimprov #songwritingprocess #musicianlife #creativeblock #bassgroove #instrumentaljam #improvisation #musictherapy #basspractice

Our new song, “Promise I’ll Try,” is about the challenge of moving on from loss. I had no idea while writing it that I’d almost lose my own father. This one goes out to anyone living with grief — to everyone else: tell someone you love that you’re thinking about them today. youtu.be/0xDhPiYfbIw

Some songs you write for fun. I wrote this one angry. I wrote this one sad. I wrote it for anyone who’s lost someone to the conspiracy theories, the political cults, the racism, the fascism, the hate. #Punk #Punksky #PoliticalPunk #NewMusic #Metalsky #Punksky #StonerRock youtu.be/IHJF3XyfJPs?...

I'm curious why every new metal genre has to have “core” at the end. Back in the day, they just picked dark names like death or doom. The next round of metal bands needs to go by something badass like “Oblivion Metal” - no credit is required for this one. 😂 #metalsky #fridaythoughts

One of my favorite parts after launching a new song (drops 2/20/25!) is just playing with no plan. Throwing on a drum track and improvising for pure joy is my favorite part of songwriting. Musicians, do you write like this too? #songwriting #bassplayer #stonerpunk youtube.com/shorts/YoYrY...

“Blink” started with this riff, which became the foundation for the entire song. It was one of those moments when the music just clicked, and the rest flowed naturally. Sometimes, all it takes is one idea to spark an entire song. #Songwriting #NewMusic #Punksky #Metalsky youtube.com/shorts/wQ8Wt...

Love this new review! “An explosive mix of southern rock, blues and a dash of outlaw country attitude. With intense energy and a vivid narrative, the song portrays a story full of rebellion, adrenaline and indomitable spirit, all wrapped in crunchy guitar riffs and a forceful rhythmic foundation.”
