When I worked at Oakwood, a bloke was having a go at me - can't remember exactly why, I think the queue was too long. A big man with a Swansea accent stepped out of the line and said, "Shut your mouth and get back in the queue or I'll pull your fuckin' head off". I let him have two goes.
