NEW CLOSET JUST DROPPED! Previous owner's awful "cabinet" (which used a plastic shelving unit as a structural piece) replaced with this new coat closet. All part of the stupid yet necessary renovations since the flood. Still needs doors and some trim. Did I mention I hate framing?
