Step 3 was to baste with a honey mustard soy and smoked paprika sauce. So, um, I used sticky fingers bbq sauce with soy sauce and smoke paprika

But because I had the "right" amount of salt in the ribs, I didn't want to boil. So I did my usual which is to sous vide the ribs for 24 hours. After which they looked like this

Quick and dirty analysis... seems to correlate to median income

Scatter plot with the median price of a pint of beer on the y-axis and the median income on the x-axis. There is a regression line drawn that indicates that the price of beer goes up with income. The greatest outlier is New York with a high cost of beer and not as high median income.

Same trip to the mountains of NC, different waterfall. I can't remember the name of this one, but it was a bit of a scramble above another falls... whose name I also can't remember 😕 #photography #waterfall

Timex Sinclair 1000 with a 16 KB memory expansion. A tape recorder for storage had to use batteries because our house power supply was too noisy and corrupted data

A timex sinclair 1000 circa 1982 with its box, power adapter, and tv connector. The computer is a pice of black plastic the size of a hardback book. Half of the computer is taken up with the keyboard which did not use real buttons, but instead had touch areas.

I'm not sure how active the Princeton Election Consortium is right now, but I'm having trouble squaring the distribution in this graph with the median of 221 EVs. The graph looks like a median in the 260 range and 221 would be off to the left of the y-axis @samwang.bsky.social - any thoughts?
