@luna1000.bsky.social and began watching the UFW-I Bushido series around the time we saw this match live at the Network. Whilst definitely leaning more into a pro wrestling style, this has the thrilling intensity of a struggle captured so absorbingly in peak shoot-style wrestling.

I finally watched the Sareee-Ism 4 show (don't know how I missed it, I watched the rest lol). It was brilliant. AZM & Takumi Iroha vs. Natsupoi & Sareee was 4.25 stars, so amazing, go back and watch it. But, one match out did it one the show 🤼‍♀️

Not all inconclusive finishes are born equal, especially when they are sports orientated and used to build to something bigger rather than avoid giving someone a loss. This felt urgent and reckless, and the post-match had the crowd baying for blood.

Post a *perfect* album from the '80s that isn't Duran Duran, Depeche Mode, The Smiths, The Cure, or New Order.

The very excellent Doolittle album by the Pixies. The best Pixies album and one of the best albums of all time. Monkey Gone To Heaven is probably their best known track but is equalled by the anthemic Debaser and preppy Here Comes Your Man for singles releases. Elsewhere, other highlights include Tame, Wave of Mutilation, Hey and Gouge Away. The perfect gateway drug for the marvelous catalogue of Boston's alt-rock pioneers.
