Speaking of the mixing of grief and happiness.... 3 years ago we adopted our Britt. In the midst of still grieving our Roscoe, she gave us exactly what we needed at that time.

Any person should be ashamed to act the way Ian Fuller acted tonight. He needs serious therapy and anger management classes and should be apologizing to some young staffers who had nothing to do with what made him mad and didn't deserve to be called certain names. Absolutely shocking behavior.

At work.... called back an irate caller. The caller messed up and wants us to correct his mistake. There is only so much we can do to fix it, but it involves his company indemnifying ours if we make this correction and provide compensation because of a loss.
