this is for the "add a device" prompt. can't uninstall, can't turn off notifications. I'm only seeing this because I had to reboot to get bluetooth working again.

the "add a device" prompt that always pops up upon booting the PC, wanting to connect Windows 11 to your phone. there's a context menu for turning off the notifications or going to notification settings, but both options are grayed out, so kinda worthless to even have the menu, huh?
