People don't care that Siri stinks on their phone. They don't need Siri for Instagram, TikTok etc. Even if Siri was good. It's a feature to most people. The category that AI at its best will fill, is the things they don't want to do.

Just listening to Mark Gurman on Decoder. No doubt he gets the scoops. But I think his evaluation of Apples AI strategy is insane. Apple is a business so they should be paranoid. But they have nothing to fear from an OpenAI puck.

When all we knew was hardware, I was leaning towards buying the iPhone foldable to replace my 131 mini. But now that I've seen the software solution. I'm not sure I want to dump $2000 into that. I might just get a 17e. The big phones broke my need to have "great" hardware.

My experience so far playing with iPhone Duo simulator is that shoving everything over on the right is a mistake. I'm not sure if the motivation is to provide more vertical space, or to avoid wasting the horizontal space in the curve. But it just feels wrong to me

We're Eagles fans from Tennessee. We drove over. It FELT like it was 80-90% Eagles fans. Even more out on the streets. Hard to tell what folks wearing white were rooting for who. Titans fans finally got a little loud on that last drive.
