My sister took this photo of me. I could have removed the red eyes but I kind of like it. 😁 It was nice to spend time with family. It's something that takes a long time to plan because there is always something going on (on both sides).

I have been putting too much pressure on myself. It makes me productive for a while and then it becomes suffocating. I have slowed down the last couple of days and it has really helped me to be more calm. 🌼

This year I've had a few firsts! First feature on Bandcamp's New & Notable and first ever plays on BBC Radio 6. First headline gig in Oxford. 🥹 I am quite hard on myself and have been awfully hard on myself this year (not sure why). I need to acknowledge stuff that has gone/is going well. 😁

NHS 111 have been so helpful today. It was quick to get through and they said a GP would call within 2 hours. The GP called within 2 minutes, assessed my symptoms and booked me an appointment to see someone in person. 👍 D

Thank you. I'm trying to read but it hurts to hold the books. 😅 Doctors suggested I might have fibro, but they decided my pain 'wasn't bad enough' to go any further investigation and told me to go back to my GP if it gets worse. I don't think it's fibro for me though. I hope you are okay 😊
