Picked up a CD player a couple weeks ago from a flea market with a broken volume knob that otherwise works. Currently in the process of replacing it

A CD player that's had the top part of the inside removed, the volume control assembly has been. Taken apart, on the left stop a small container is part of the assembly showing the tiny piece of plastic remaining of the original knob, part of th assembly and a fancy plastic crystal button.

Today's flea market find, 1992 Sega Mega Drive with controllers and a couple games. Guy gave me the wrong video cable which wouldn't be useful anyway but fortunately this version outputs analog video so upscaling should work pretty well. Will know more once I open it.

Refurbishment complete* *I damaged the top screen cable so I slipped into her room and swiped the dead white one and now we got a Frankenstein creation because I don't want to risk damage to swap the cases.

I played one for my dad a while back and he shared that Sharhabeel played at his graduation. Sent a friend this pic and told him about that and he casually shared he played with him when he was in Sudan a few years ago.
