Have you tried it? I think the first book or 2 are hard to recommend to someone who doesn’t enjoy the genre but beyond that it grows.. But you’d have to get through the first 2 books 🫤

I hope we don’t have to talk about it in 45ish minutes but how do we feel about the ref allowing a corner and then blowing before it’s taken??? A very small part of me respects it but it’s a big call.

8 years ago (today I think) I left the London Stadium and had to pull over after 5 minutes to try and compose myself. The London GT has changed an awful lot in 8 years but I still bear the scars from running Heresy that year.

@kermodeandmayo.bsky.social justice listened to Mark say that people aren’t going to mix up the Crash films. A friends parents once did and for their couldn’t work out how it won an Oscar. I believe they rented it because it was a winner called Crash and didn’t consider there would be more than 1

By the way you should be voting for Sword of Justice for the fantasy book choice. The Empire books are 2 of my favourite Chris Wraight books which tells a story in itself,

Definitely the algorithm. But also just the amount of people who only use YouTube. Like it’s the only source of information. Hopefully there’s a shift soon.

Saw a post talking specifically about football podcasts that claimed that the quality of content has dropped significantly since they’ve all moved to video format. Think I agree.. also why aren’t more people happy with audio rather than looking at 3/4 people who objectively aren’t doing much.
